Just Imagine

How would you manage if you turned off your cell phone and shut off all of your electronic devices and let your mind wander?

Would you feel comfortable with yourself? Would you view it as a waste of your time?

Researchers say that daydreaming is a great way to let our minds go free with the great results of becoming more creative and productive.

In this month’s Mindful magazine (February 2019), Brooklyn innovator, Manoush Zomorodi writes how to ‘Tap into Your Inner Brilliance”. She talks about how to use boredom to unleash your creativity.

Thinking outside of the box can help us achieve goals that were otherwise challenging.

Being creative is often associated with a heightened sense of self-esteem and a ‘feel-good’ feeling.

Give yourself the gift of day-dreaming and enjoy the outcome.
